Paleta operates entirely on your device. All data, including:
- Saved color palettes and color values
- Color names and metadata

is stored locally on your Mac using CoreData. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
Image Processing
When you load images into Paleta to extract colors:
- Images are processed locally on your device
- Images are not uploaded, transmitted, or shared with any third parties
- Images remain under your complete control
Screen Color Sampling
When using the screen color picker feature:
- Color sampling occurs entirely on your device
- No screen content is captured, stored, or transmitted
- Only the selected color values are processed locally
No Data Sharing
We do not:
- Collect personal information
- Track your usage or behavior
- Share data with third parties
- Use analytics or tracking services
- Transmit any data over the internet
Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device:
- You have complete control over your data
- You can delete saved colors and preferences at any time
- Uninstalling the app removes all associated data
